Can you install Mellow on Mac?

Mellow does what Granola, Heyclicky does, and Granola, Heyclicky costs Paid. This guide gets you the free one.

Mellow has no macOS build yet

The person who submitted Mellow only tested and declared a build for the other platform, so publik has nothing reviewed to walk you through here — a guessed set of commands would be worse than an honest no.

What you can do instead

  • Check the Mellow repository on GitHub for a community macOS build.
  • Ask the maintainer to submit a macOS build through publik.

This is a limit of the phone and computer combination, not of Mellow. Every other combination has a full guide.

Have a different setup?

This guide follows Tarun-032/Mellow at the reviewed version 0076806. Pinning the version is why the commands here keep working after the project changes.
