PowerToys Awake is Windows-only
Awake is a module of Microsoft PowerToys, a Windows application, and it works by holding a Windows power request open through that operating system's own power API. There is no macOS build of PowerToys and no macOS equivalent of the API underneath it.
What you can do instead
- Use Lidless — also on publik — to keep a Mac awake with the lid closed.
- On a Mac, `caffeinate -i` from Terminal keeps it awake while the lid is open.
